A Southern Christmas

I can't seem to say this enough, my family is absolutely centered around food. When all the big holidays roll around we can't help but make food the focal point. Whether this is a healthy focus or not is yet to be discovered. My waistline would utter a resounding no. 

Thus it was with delightful glee that we gathered around my sisters table for a pre-Christmas dinner of Southern bounty. Is this truly Southern food, I am not really certain. Is it incredibly delicious as it is weighed down by grease and saturated fats and sugar? Yes indeed. Mmmmm.

 

 

 

 Now that we have the pictures of the delectable food out of the way, we can move onto the fun part! 

I would like to share with you now the results of Lauren's attempted hip wiggle. It doesn't turn out so well. So, if your heart is weak or your eyes are sensitive, go no further. I do not intend to harm, but rather bring joy. Sadly, this joy is felt only by a few.
